Stephanie Foss, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker with 9 years of experience helping people through difficulties they face in everyday life. Stephanie received a bachelor of science in social work from the University of New Hampshire in 2015 and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California in 2018.

Stephanie has a history of working with the adult population on an individual basis using a strength’s based perspective and meeting clients where they are with radical genuineness and empathy in the therapeutic setting. 

 Stephanie utilizes research in treatment, through evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. 

 Stephanie enjoys building therapeutic relationships with her clients in an effort to help them navigate their own individual challenges. 

 Stephanie has been a member of the National Association of Social Work since 2015. In her spare time, Stephanie appreciates hiking, reading, travelling, and spending time with her dog and cat.
