The therapist helps you gain more control over your life, cope better with daily stressors and feeling less independent, depression and anxiety, and get you to a healthier place – physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

Our services are often covered by your insurance plan so their will be little to no out of pocket expense to you. Your individual therapist will meet with you on a regular basis and set up a treatment plan, providing structure and goals that help make you feel more secure about your future.

Our goal – to help people achieve an optimal level of functioning and allow them to age at home. To achieve this end, clinicians work collaboratively with caregivers and home healthcare support services.
